  • Our agents have personal experience owning a wide variety of property types: 3 live on lakes, 4 own investment properties, 3 are certified relocation specialists, and 4 have personally experienced relocating to a new state.

For instance, one of our agents is a civil engineer, so he knows the ins and outs of new developments and Sanitary Improvement Districts (SIDs); he teaches agents within our brokerage about the inner workings of an SID. Our team truly knows new construction from start to finish.
