Neighborhoods
Birchwood homes are currently being built on Hills Farm Lakes, a premier 500-acre, two-lake development conveniently located outside Fremont, Nebraska — just 15 minutes from West Omaha and 45 minutes from Lincoln. This gated community strikes the perfect balance between luxury living and natural beauty.
If living by the lake isn’t a priority for you, we can build on land you already own or on an estate lot (an oversized lot with space for a side-load garage) in Elkhorn or Papillion.
Dreamy Details
Most Birchwood homes are built on Hills Farm Lakes. Birchwood Homes are designed for comfortable first-floor living with bedrooms on the second floor for your guests. Imagine a ranch-style home with a lake view and an additional half-story that serves as your spacious guest quarters.
