In 2011, Jenn became a Licensed Realtor in the State of Nebraska. Since then, she has sold more than 350 homes and built more than 100 new-construction homes.

On the new build side of her business, Jenn represents Woodland, Birchwood, Pine Crest Homes, and Richland Homes in Omaha and Lincoln communities. On the real estate side, Jenn is the a Team Lead at Homelife Realty Group — a small but mighty team of 9 Omaha-based real estate agents.

What is your biggest real estate success story?

“Watching a neighborhood come to life: from the grading, to putting in streets and utilities, selling lots to builders. Foundations go in…houses go up…families start moving in, and then all of a sudden, it’s a community. Dogs, lemonade stands, golf carts cruising around…all the things that make it a home for people to grow up in and into. Being a part of it is very satisfying.”

What is your favorite piece of advice for someone building a new home?

“Use me as a resource. I’ll help you make the build process as seamless as possible and ensure you end up with a beautiful home to make new memories in.”

What is the most inspiring part of your job?

“Working with some kickass REALTORS®every day!”

What is your go-to happy hour drink?

“Espresso martini!”

“How would you describe your personal design style?”

Coastal modern.

What is your favorite part of your own home?

“The back patio…for star gazing, people watching, and winding down at the end of the day.”

What is a lesson you’ve learned as an adult you wish you could have learned at age 18?

“It’s NOT too young to invest in real estate. I got to witness my son purchase his first property at 20.”

If you could speak to your younger self, what would you tell her?

That phrase ‘follow your gut’ is so real. I’ve witnessed it when people walk through the front door of a house and know they’ve found ‘the one.’ I’ve also personally traveled to see a family member who needed me because I followed my gut.

Who is someone you admire, and why?

“Jerry Torczon, developer (BHI) and owner of Birchwood, Woodland, Pine Crest, and Richland Homes. He runs multiple businesses, raised good humans, and is generous and loyal. He shows up every day with wit and fervor. All the things I try to be.”

What does a typical Saturday morning look like for you?

I usually get in a long workout before getting my Caribou coffee and blueberry scone fix.

What is the best place you’ve ever visited?

“Marathon, Florida, in the Keys. My kids were young, most of their aunts and uncles were there to bond with, and I had recently completed my scuba certification, so we went on a few dives. That first experience – seeing shrimp, lobster, eel, all the colorful fish – I was hooked!”
