As your new-build REALTOR®, I’ll provide you with a seamless build process that culminates in a beautiful home filled with charm and ready for new memories to begin.
Many agents work for you until you sign the contract, but for me, post-contract is where the real work begins. I’ll be your partner throughout the entire new build process — think of me as your coach, cheerleader, co-pilot, and concierge, all wrapped in an experienced, fun-to-work-with package.

What to Expect from Your Homebuilding Experience
When homebuyers ask what it’s like to work with me, the first thing I tell them is we’re a team. I’ll be by your side from the very beginning to the very end (and beyond), to turn the location you choose into your dream home.
Here’s what you can expect from me:

I provide a deeper level of engagement than your typical REALTOR®. I’ll guide you through each step of the process, be there to help you make decisions, and attend all of your in-office and jobsite meetings.

I’ve built more than 100 new-construction homes with my clients (and custom-built six homes of my own!). You don’t have to reinvent the wheel — I’ve seen and done it all before, and I use that know-how to your benefit.

I’m a fixer. When speed bumps happen (which they inevitably do), we’ll get past them together and keep you focused on your goal.

I love teaching my clients about how custom home building works. You’ll walk away with helpful knowledge you can use if you ever choose to build again.

I’ll be your personal knowledge hub throughout the process, helping you review plans and get answers to your questions. During the build, I’ll attend every meeting, read every email, and send you progress photos as your new home comes to life. And when you open the door to your dream home for the first time, I’ll be there to celebrate with you.

Some agents who work with builders have limited participation in the price-out and build process. My job starts where most agents stop, and I’ll dig deeper into the details with you, too. Here are a few examples of how I provide next-level service.
Presence
You’ll never have to go it alone. I’ll be by your side for every meeting, including plan reviews, design room meetings, and the new home orientation.
Design Guidance
When I do something, I go all in. I keep up on home décor trends so I can support you when you need design guidance. If you’re unsure about a choice, I’ll reassure you (and even get you excited about it!). And if you need a tiebreaker, I’ll be that vote.
HUSTLE
I’m nothing if not resourceful. When you need someone to hustle for you, you can bet I’ll make it happen.
Market knowledge
I’m tapped into the property development market. If you don’t see exactly what you’re looking for today, I may know of new neighborhoods, developments, or properties coming soon.
